GENERAL

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Please note, for some items shipping will follow the lead times listed on each product page. Please double-check this before placing your order.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 1 - 3 business days to appear. You can track your package using the link provided. Remember to check your junk/spam/promotional inbox as sometimes tracking emails may end up in there.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain items may have restrictions depending on the shipping destination (e.g., oversized products, materials restricted by customs).

 

DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

ZedShape is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to you order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are responsibility of the customer.

 

Any customs charges applied, are at the discretion of the carrier and governed by local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by ZedShape. For the most accurate information, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.

 

REFUSAL OF CUSTOMS FEES

If you choose not to pay the applicable customs fees and the parcel is returned to ZedShape, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
